Purvis Industries Acquires ErieTec, Inc.

Effective January 1, 2023, Purvis Industries of Dallas has acquired ErieTec including their locations in Erie, P.A., Meadville, P.A., Pittsburgh, P.A., Indiana, P.A., Altoona, P.A. and St. Mary, P.A. As a part of the purchase, Purvis Industries will also bring on the ErieTec division, EB Controls. 

We will not be making any name changes at present.  However, your remit to address will change to:
