After Hours Emergency Line Cost Savings: New Year’s Day

Because sometimes you might only need a belt or an O-ring or a fuse, but your whole production is on the line. Over the New Year holiday this year, we had a customer call us needing belts in order to finish a rebuild for their customer who needed to get up and running to start their production.

The customer was rebuilding a press for their customer and needed it up and running to begin production as soon as possible. In order to do this, they needed to get belts and seals from us that could be delivered the day after New Year’s Day.

We were able to order in belts and seals that arrive on Thursday for our customer to complete their customer’s press.
